The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were attending a music concert not far from the hotel. Upon arriving we were greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful allowing us to leave our bags securely locked up until we could check in at 3pm, as We arrived earlier at 1pm. We went shopping around Manchester, grabbed a bite to eat etc. we arrived back at the hotel around 4.30pm, and collected our bags and checked in. Our room was lovely and clean, it was nice and warm as well as the weather had dropped very cold outside. There were toiletries in the bathroom for us to use, so we didn't really need to take our own, lots of hot water available. Tea, coffee making facilities in our room and also a Nespresso coffee machine with a small variety of coffee pods available to use. The bed...oh my goodness, it was extremely comfortable, and much bigger than a normal king sized bed. Comfortable pillows as well, myself and my husband had a great night's sleep. What we also liked at the hotel was that we didn't have to check out untill 11am the next morning. That was great as we didn't feel rushed upon waking, as normally most hotels have a 10am checkout. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel . When we visit Manchester again, we will book again.

My friends and I arrived at the hotel around noon and planned to leave our bags there first. However, the staff who worked there, I don't know her name but she was very nice. She said she would check if there were any rooms available at that time. If there were, she would let us check in right away, which impressed me a lot because most of the hotels, they would make us wait until the check-in time or pay extra to check in early. I would like to thank her very much for making our trip easier. But it wasn't just the reception who took good care of us. Every staff member I passed by was smiling and providing good services. The room is clean. I like that they have an iron. There are a lot of tea and coffee to use. The warm bed is comfortable to sleep on. There are two pillows for each person (there are three of us sleeping). The location is convenient, not far from shopping, restaurants or pubs. The hotel is quiet. You can't hear people in the next room or any walking sounds. Overall, I like it very much, especially the staff. The service is very good.

I had an absolutely perfect stay! My friend and I attended a concert at Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall to see Il Divo, and they were breathtaking—truly world-class! The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better; it’s directly opposite the back of Bridgewater Hall and less than a one-minute walk to the entrance, which was incredibly convenient after the show. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. The hotel was spotless, with every detail carefully attended to. A special thank you to Adiago, the night staff, who was absolutely brilliant. My friend and I were rather hungry after the show, and he made sure we were well taken care of. And Letitia was amazing, going the extra mile by coming outside to point us to the bus stop and guide us toward the city center. Her kindness and dedication truly stood out. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable experience—I’ll definitely be back!

Problem with a toilet resolved fairly quickly with a swap to a room with accessibility features, unlike the one we booked, but more convenient for us. Night porter (gentleman with glasses, husband didn't catch his name!) was very friendly and attentive to my husband who was using crutches, and was able to assist with ordering and delivering food to the room while I was at a work event. He had a very friendly and professional attitude, and nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel was beautiful, very festive, modern, unique in its decor. Really impressed. Room was big enough, beds super comfy and cosy room. We asked for a quiet room, this was provided, had the usual chatter from passing guests in the corridors but didnt affect our stay
